Code of Conduct
  1. Takoia Studios Ltd. and dogdayzz.com are not responsible for any loss of data. This may include loss of game data, information, images, etc. as a result of game errors/malfunctions, programming errors, server problems, etc. or as a result of the disclosure of your account/login information.

  2. You agree to treat other users with respect. Harassing, teasing/bullying, fighting, down talking, degrading, blacklisting, trolling, speaking negatively towards or about another user or user's details/content, threats, slander, racism, profanity and behaving in a manner that is offensive to others is prohibited.

  3. The site is free to play, however, certain areas will allow purchase of virtual currency. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

  4. All third party links/transactions are at your own risk. This includes all user links/transactions outside of in game assets (dogs, items, etc.).

  5. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to the site. Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to the site and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

  6. You agree to allow Takoia Studios Ltd. to collect your IP/User Agent, and place cookies on your computer. These are ways we can enhance the users experience while on the site.

  7. Takoia Studios Ltd. and/or dogdayzz.com may determine in it's sole discretion if you are in violation of any of these General Rules or Terms of Use. User's found to be in violation of these General Rules or the Terms of Use may have their account suspended for a period of days, permanently suspended, or banned from accessing any gaming sites owned by Takoia Studios Ltd. Please ask a dogdayzz.com Team member if you have questions regarding the Rules or Terms of Use. Refunds will not be issued for any amount pre-paid to an account that has been suspended/banned due to a violation of these terms.

Account Rules
  1. Each user is allowed one account.

  2. Users must be 15 years old or older.
    • If you are under the age of 18, your legal guardian must create/monitor the account and review and agree to the Terms of Use.

  3. Each user is responsible for his/her account/personal security. Do not give out your account or personal information including but not limited to name, address, phone number, username, password, etc.

  4. Shared accounts are permitted, however:
    • The account is treated as one account, and will be issued warnings/suspensions/etc. regardless of which user was accessing the site at the time.
    • Should a dispute over ownership of the account occur, the dogdayzz.com Team will decide who will be awarded ownership.

  5. Unique users on the same IP are permitted. However, we ask that you do not transfer between the accounts. If transfers between accounts are deemed to create an unfair advantage, any or all accounts may be warned, suspended, or even banned from the site.

Content Rules
  1. Content must be appropriate for all ages. Therefore, content may NOT include: language/innuendos/profanity, crude/suggestive humor/comments, violence/gore, abuse/promotion of alcohol/drug content, sexual content, mature themes or political themes.

  2. You will be responsible for ensuring that your posted content is not copyrighted, or that you have permission from the copyright holder. Takoia Studios Ltd. may in it's sole discretion cooperate with law/legal entities in disclosing the personal/account information of any user accused of violating copyright laws. Please send an email to support@dogdayzz.com if you need to report a copyright infringement.

  3. By default all listing content is public. Private messages may be sent between users, however, these are still accessible to the Moderating team to insure compliance with the Terms of Use. In addition, any listing content posted on this site may be copied or posted elsewhere on the internet. Please do not post any listing content that you do not want available to the public.

  4. Content must be clean, and not contain any harmful redirects, devices or viruses that may affect or damage another user's or the game's servers, software, computers, etc.

  5. Any form of instant messaging or posting such as chat boxes or shout boxes are not permitted.

  6. Advertising is not permitted anywhere other than on the classifieds/wanted boards on the forums.

  7. Spam/Spamming is not permitted. Spamming refers but is not limited to the irrelevant/off-topic or non-meaningful replies to a post with the inclusion of short replies that do not add to the original discussion and/or character replies (i.e. "XD" or "..."). It also includes but is not limited to advertising anywhere on the site other than on the classifieds boards, roleplaying, begging in any form, excessive chat speak, content containing excessive caps and chain mail style comments.

  8. Flooding is not permitted. Flooding refers but is not limited to the continuous making of replies or threads that are the same or similar within short periods of time.

Hacking/Cheating Rules
  1. Hacking is forbidden. Any user found gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, protected features, the game systems, servers, computers, etc. will have their account suspended or banned.

  2. Cheating is forbidden. Any user found attempting to bypass game security or intended functionality, or scamming another user will have their account suspended or banned.

  3. The use of external/automated scripts for the purpose of exploiting the game is strictly prohibited. This may include excessive refreshing or high resource use regardless of intent.
